Acromio (AC) Sprain 

History Findings

Pain Location
• Anterosuperior shoulder pain, often with the patient pointing directly to the AC joint. 

Mechanism of Injury
• Direct trauma to the lateral shoulder (e.g., sports impact).
• Fall on an outstretched hand or elbow with the arm adducted.

Pain Aggravators 
• Sleeping on the affected side 

Physical Examination Findings
